How do I cancel my HOVR driver membership?
You can cancel your HOVR driver membership at any time directly from the driver app. Below you'll find the steps to cancel, along with information on when cancellation takes effect, our refund policy, and how to reactivate if you change your mind.
Steps to cancel your membership
- Open the HOVR driver app on your device.
- Tap the menu icon to open the side bar.
- Select Membership from the menu options.
- From the membership portal, follow the prompts to cancel your membership.
When does cancellation take effect?
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to your membership benefits until that date, and you won't be billed for the next cycle.
Refund policy
Membership charges are non-refundable. Per our Terms of Service:
6.6 Non-Refundable Policy (General). Except where required by law or expressly stated by HOVR in a policy or Supplemental Terms, Charges are non-refundable.
If you believe you were billed in error, please reach out to HOVR Driver Support promptly:
7.4 Billing Errors. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support promptly. HOVR may investigate and provide credits/refunds if appropriate or legally required.
How to reactivate your membership
Changed your mind? Reactivating is easy:
- Open the HOVR driver app.
- Navigate to the Membership section from the side bar.
- Select HOVR Driver Membership to reactivate.
