How long does driver onboarding take?

Driver onboarding time depends on whether:

All required documents were submitted correctly the first time
Your background check meets the required standard
Banking onboarding was completed successfully
Your Service Agreement was signed

If a document is rejected or a required step is missing, your approval may take longer.

To avoid delays

Upload the correct document types
Make sure every file is clear and readable
Complete banking onboarding fully
Sign the Service Agreement before leaving the onboarding flow
