How to report a serious safety issue or emergency

If you are in immediate danger, call emergency services right away.

Once you are safe, report the incident to HOVR Support through the app or Help Center.

Please include:

• Whether you are a rider or driver
• The trip date and approximate time
• The pickup and dropoff locations
• A brief description of what happened
• Whether emergency services were contacted

Serious safety reports are prioritized and may be escalated for immediate review.
