How to reset your password

Objective:

Reset you Rider App login password

 

Procedure:

HOVR utilizes one time passwords (OTP) to log into the app. When you open the app, you'll be asked for your phone number. Add your phone number and then press the "Get Code" button. This will send a SMS message to that phone number with a 6 digit code. Enter the 6 digit OTP code in the HOVR app to login.
