View your previous rides and check trip details.
How to view trip history
- Open the Rider App
- Sign in to your account
- Go to Account or Trips depending on your app version
- Open your previous rides list
- Select a trip to view more detail
What you may see for each trip
- Trip date
- Pickup time
- Dropoff time
- Pickup location
- Dropoff location
- Fare summary
- Receipt access if available
Important
Trip details are only available to the authenticated account holder.
