Refund timelines and what to expect

If a refund has been approved for your account, the timeline for it to appear depends on your payment method and bank processing times.

Typical refund timelines

• Credit cards: 5–10 business days
• Debit cards: 5–10 business days
• Bank transfers: May take longer depending on your financial institution

These timelines begin after HOVR processes the refund on our end. Your bank or card issuer handles the final credit to your account.

How to check your refund status

• Look for a pending credit on your bank or card statement.
• If you have a support reference number, you can contact Support for an update.

• The charge amount
• The date of the original charge
